Allied Star Police: A Wish Come True Allied Star Police is the latest free download from Popcap’s experimental 4th and battery studio, co-created with 9-year-old Lead Designer Owain Weinert. Owain was diagnosed with leukemia last year, and Popcap stepped in to help grant his Make-a-Wish dream of creating a video game.  But ASP isn’t just representing a great cause – the game itself turned out pretty great, as well.
